We want you to be completely satisfied when you buy our online products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchased products, you can return them in compliance with the return policy listed below:
- We hope you love your purchase but if you don’t, we’re happy to process a new order or issue you a refund. You have up to 15 days from the ship date to return or exchange items by mail that are purchased at http://arilsburr.com. Return or exchange items must be received by us within 15 days of the original ship date.
- Returned items must have their original tags on and be returned in original product packaging.
Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, or use.
- Any returned item, must be preceded by a notification of the intention of return. The return of any purchased product is done only after a notification by e-mail, to the following address: contact@arilsburr.com or by completing the online return form.
- If the products you want returned were accompanied by gifts, they must also be returned. If you bought several products of the same kind and want to return them all, make sure that only one has been unsealed. The other products’ return is accepted only if they are sealed or packed in their original packaging.
- The return will be made by a courier provider, following the instructions given for the product’s individual specifications, to the address:

- Returning the value of the products purchased from ARILSBURR & CO S.R.L. will be made in 15 days from the product/products date of the receipt, using the following methods:
- In the bank account, if the payment was made online with the card or the client expressly requests this and provides us with an IBAN account for the money transfer.
- By postal order, if the payment was paid in cash upon delivery.
NOTE:
According to the Emergency Ordinance No. 34/2014 regarding the rights of contracts of service providers, as well as for the modification and completion of some normative acts:
– The customer can return a product within 15 days from the ship date.
– Return costs are the customer’s responsibility;
– The returned product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered (original packaging, with all included accessories, all labels intact, as well as any accompanying documents that were in the package). Parcels that do not correspond in terms of packaging will be refused return. At the destination, the package will be video recorded/photographed and a written notification will be filled out with the courier company’s representative, specifying the package/product’s condition.
– Products that show physical changes, that have been used, broken/chipped, that have bumps, cuts, traces of dirt, scratches, traces and/or unauthorized interventions, etc., are not accepted for returns;
